We’re proud to share that Institute of Sports and Spines has been named Best Sports Injury & Rehabilitation Clinic 2026 – Australia in the GHP Holistic Health Awards 2026.

This recognition is a meaningful milestone for our team and a reflection of what we aim to deliver every day: high-quality, results-focused care that helps people recover from injury, rebuild confidence in their bodies, and return to the sport (and life) they love.

What are the GHP Holistic Health Awards?

The GHP Holistic Health Awards 2026 celebrate organizations and practitioners making a measurable impact in holistic and integrative healthcare, with winners chosen on merit and judged for factors such as innovation, impact, and creativity. Winners were announced in February 2026.

Being selected for Best Sports Injury & Rehabilitation Clinic 2026 – Australia highlights our commitment to an approach that blends hands-on care, evidence-informed rehab, and a whole-person view of recovery.

What this award means to our patients

Injury recovery isn’t just about “getting out of pain.” It’s about:

  • Restoring movement and strength safely

  • Reducing the risk of re-injury

  • Returning to training, competition, work, and everyday activity with confidence

This award reinforces our focus on rehabilitation that is practical, progressive, and built around your goals.

Our integrated sports injury and rehab approach

At Institute of Sports and Spines, we bring multiple services together so your care can be coordinated and efficient—especially when injuries are complex or persistent.

Our clinic services include:

  • Physiotherapy (musculoskeletal care to improve movement, reduce stiffness and pain, and support your goals)

  • Chiropractic (assessment and management of mechanical dysfunction and soft-tissue injury)

  • Exercise Physiology (evidence-based exercise for injury rehab and chronic condition support)

  • Remedial Massage (including techniques such as trigger points and myofascial release)

  • Acupuncture (including approaches used for pain, stiffness, and traumatic injuries)

  • Shockwave Therapy (a modality used for pain relief and mobility restoration)

  • Sports Science testing (equipment and testing to measure performance and identify areas to improve)

  • Nutrition support (individualized nutrition and lifestyle interventions)

  • Group classes and Yoga (exercise/education options to support ongoing health and movement)

  • Sauna (available as a recovery and relaxation option)

Because rehab is rarely one-size-fits-all, we emphasize clear assessment, education, and a plan you can actually follow—so progress is measurable and sustainable.

Thank you for being part of this achievement

We want to thank our patients and community for trusting us with your care. Every recovery story, every return-to-sport milestone, and every small win along the way is why we do what we do.

We’re also grateful to GHP for recognizing our clinic with this national award.
