Jack McDonagh is currently studying his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the Australian Catholic University. He has always been interested in helping prevent disease and injury through the aid of exercise. Having experienced the benefits of exercising himself, Jack would like to eventually help others experience the same benefits. Jack enjoys playing soccer, going to the gym and travelling. He values being a part of the IOSAS team, and the opportunity to assist the community in their journey to health.

Jack suffered a significant ankle fracture playing soccer. He certainly has enjoyed the benefits of being in a team that could help him recover and get back to playing soccer. Experiencing a bad injury has given Jack a great insight into rehabilitation and injury management.
