How a Sauna Can help this Winter

Are you a warm soul and hate the winter chill?  Why not warm up this winter in our traditional steam sauna?

We installed our sauna last year with western red cedar panelling, warm mood lighting and new tiered seating.

Appointments can be made 6 days a week to come in unwind and relax.

Benefits of Sauna can include; relaxation, improved circulation, pain reduction, improved cardiovascular health, increased mobility and flexibility, detoxification. There is emerging evidence of potential positive effects on neurocognitive diseases like Alzheimer’s and Dementia  and positive effects on respiratory conditions.

We generally suggest to start with 15-30 minutes, although some people build up to 45-60 minutes.

Book in, bring a towel and water bottle, swimsuit or comfortable cloths to relax in (no nudity please). When you arrive prepare to transport yourself to a relaxing warm world. Sit down and relax and let your cares melt away.

Some people prefer to use the heat to stretch and mobilise in the warming heat.

Our Sauna is large enough for groups, so bring your friends and family.

Sessions can be booked for a single visit or package.

The big plus is, our single visit price is already a bargain at $25 per session.
