Receptionist
Arabelle is currently in her third year of studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Queensland. She is passionate about helping others reach their health and fitness goals and looks forward to supporting each person on their journey, starting here at IOSAS



Jack McDonagh
Receptionist
Jack is currently studying his Bachelor of Exercise and Sports Science at the Australian Catholic University. Jack has always been interested in helping prevent disease and injury through the aid of exercise.



Natalya May
Receptionist
Natalya May has completed a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport and exercise science) at Western Sydney University and is about to commence a Master of Exercise Physiology at Charles Sturt University.
With 15 year’s experience in martial arts, Natalya has developed a deep appreciation for the importance of health and performance. Having experienced the mental and physical benefits of exercise, Natalya is eager to eventually help others experience the same thing.
Natalya is excited to be a part of the Institute of Sports and Spines team, and can’t wait to contribute to the clinic.



Emily Berthelsen
Receptionist
Emily is currently studying a Bachelor of Nursing at The University of Queensland. Her journey into healthcare stems from a passion for improving and maintaining the health and wellness of herself and others. Her studies of human anatomy and physiology have provided her with valuable insights into the body’s functions, which she is eager to learn more about throughout her education.
