About the role
This is a full-time contract opportunity for a motivated physiotherapist ready to build a strong patient load within a high-performing multidisciplinary clinic. You’ll have everything you need to practise at your best — private rooms, premium equipment, and an admin team that handles the stuff that shouldn’t take up your clinical headspace.
We’d also love you to be part of the wider life of the clinic — contributing to our newsletters, engaging with our social media, and building connections across our referral network.
Who we’re looking for
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
- ABN registered — company or sole trader structure
- Current professional indemnity and public liability insurance
- Seeking a genuine full-time patient load
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and patient-centred
- A collaborator who adds to the team, not just works alongside it
- Comfortable contributing to social media and written content

A rare opportunity has emerged at the Institute of Sports and Spines following the planned departure of a long-serving exercise physiologist who has built a loyal patient base over six years. We’re not just looking for someone to fill a seat — we want an energetic, driven AEP ready to take ownership, grow a practice, and genuinely thrive in a collaborative environment. Building their career in a multidisciplinary clinic.
About the role
You’ll step into an established, warm patient base with strong internal referrals from our multidisciplinary team. Day to day, you’ll deliver evidence-based exercise physiology services across musculoskeletal, chronic disease, and sports performance presentations — and you’ll do it alongside some genuinely great practitioners.
Beyond the clinic floor, we’d love you to contribute to our newsletters and social media, and engage with our broader network of referring health professionals. This role suits someone who sees themselves as more than just a clinician.
