Don Williams

Chiropractor

B.Sc., M.Chiro., ICSSD., PG Dip. NMS Rehabilitation, Pg Cert Tert. Ed., Cert. DNS.

Don Williams is a rehabilitation and sports injury clinician and educator with international experience in Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation. He has worked and studied around the world, and now lectures in Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation, with a focus on developing future practitioners into confident, evidence-informed healthcare professionals.

Don’s pathway into healthcare was shaped by his own experience. After a motor vehicle accident in the early 1990s ended his triathlon career, he redirected his focus toward injury recovery, performance, and long-term outcomes. That journey helped lead to the creation of the Institute of Sports and Spines (IOSAS).

At IOSAS, Don and the team use structured assessment systems and clear analysis processes to help people reduce pain, rebuild strength and mobility, and return to daily life, work, and sport—with a plan you can understand and follow.

Don Williams helps people recover from sports injuries and persistent pain using structured rehabilitation and orthopaedic-informed assessment.
