Keziah Loewen Physiotherapist has 12 years of experience in the physiotherapy, health/fitness industry. Her fascination with the human body started at a young age through athletic sport. This quickly developed into a passion for helping others. Her sporting background includes; running, volleyball, basketball, snowboarding, and competitive bodybuilding. Her clinical background includes Kinesiology, Sports Psychology, Personal Training, and Physiotherapy.

Her Treatment style employs a whole-body approach utilising Connect Therapy to diagnose and identify non-optimal biomechanics that predispose the body to injury. She takes careful consideration of past injuries and movement histories when developing her rehabilitation programs. These exercises are catered specifically towards performing whatever tasks are meaningful to you. Manual therapy and soft tissue mobillisation are a major component of any treatment session to ensure patient outcomes are optimised. Keziah’s exercise prescription style uses everything from Clinical Pilates to gym equipment and bodyweight exercises to maximise function and performance.
