Keziah Loewen

Physiotherapist

M.Pthy., B.Kin. Extended Minor; Psychology, MPT, ISSA Personal Trainer.

Keziah Loewen Physiotherapist has 14 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, Keziah developed a strong interest in biomechanics and injury prevention through her years as an athlete. This naturally grew into a career where helping others is central to her life – and nothing is more satisfying to her than seeing people improve, regain confidence, and get back to the things they enjoy.

Before becoming a physiotherapist, Keziah’s original goal was to be a psychologist, which led her to complete an extended minor in psychology and several years of work as a research assistant. This experience continues to shape her practice today, giving her a strong understanding of the mind and body connection and the important role mental health plays in recovery, especially in chronic pain.

Her sporting background includes running, volleyball, basketball, snowboarding, and physique based fitness competitions. Her clinical background spans Exercise Physiology, Sports Psychology, Personal Training, and Physiotherapy.

Treatment Style:

Keziah employs a whole body approach utilising Connect Therapy to diagnose and identify non optimal biomechanics that predispose the body to injury. She takes careful consideration of past injuries and movement history when developing rehabilitation programs, tailoring exercises toward the specific tasks that are meaningful to each patient. Manual therapy and soft tissue mobilisation are key components of her sessions, and her exercise prescription blends clinical pilates, gym equipment, and bodyweight training to maximise both function and performance.

She is committed to moving the needle forward in patient care, combining evidence-based physiotherapy with innovation and an integrative view of mental and physical health. In the near future, she plans to re-engage in research, with a particular interest in projects exploring chronic pain and mental health outcomes.

Whether it is overcoming a long term injury, returning to the activities they love, or optimising athletic performance, Keziah is dedicated to helping her patients achieve their goals with clarity, compassion, and a whole person approach.
