Leonard is a dedicated and remarkable Exercise Physiologist that brings both passion and a wealth of knowledge to
our team. Holding a Bachelor’s in Clinical Exercise Physiology from QUT, Leonard specialises in persistent pain, chronic
health conditions and musculoskeletal injuries.
He has experience helping people with back, knee and shoulder pain, cardiovascular complications, metabolic
conditions, osteoporosis and neurological disorders.
Leonard is a big believer that everybody deserves equal care of the highest quality, and believes nobody should have to live in pain or poor health.
His experience in complex health clinics, and working in multiple private, high-end strength and conditioning
facilities has given Lenny the opportunity to adapt his approach to many different individuals.
He utilises a combination of evidence-based movement methods, a people-first approach and practical tools to
deliver life-changing results.
Performance testing;
- Body composition (percentage body fat, lean muscle mass etc) –
- VO2 max – Get a good, reliable predictor of your aerobic fitness whether you’re a weekend warrior or involved in competitive sport
- Max power – for sprint athletes, get an indicator of your maximum power output
- Blood lactate testing – designed for athletes wanting to obtain specific training zones to implement into their training for performance enhancement.
