Exercise Physiology
Our team of Accredited exercise physiologists (AEPs) specialise in using evidence based delivery of exercise for the prevention and management of chronic diseases and injuries.
We offer a range of services to support for clients with conditions such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, osteoporosis, mental health problems, cancer, arthritis, pulmonary disease and more.
Additionally, our team have the capability to conduct performance testing and analysis of your physical capacity to help design training programs to help you with your health and fitness goals.
Our Exercise physiologists have extensive knowledge of the human body. They will sit down with you to provide an individually tailored exercise intervention in a fully supported and guided environment.
We aim to guide patients to live healthier, happier lives and collaborate closely with other health professionals including physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, dieticians and GPs in order to get optimal care for their patients.
Our team are registered with Medicare Australia, Department of Veterans’ Affairs, WorkCover, NDIS, 3rd party insurers and most private health insurers.

Consultations
Initial Consultation
The initial consultation can include any of the following:
- Discussion of health status, medical history and physical activity history
- An explanation of how exercise therapy will help to treat or improve your condition and quality of life
- A discussion around you exercise and health goals and strategies to achieve these goals
- A physical assessment to determine your current physical capabilities to enable a program to be designed
Standard Consultation
A standard consultation will include:
- Development of an exercise program, which may be clinical or home based, individual or group
- Instruction on how to complete the exercise program, including discussion on the role of the exercise and how to achieve good technique
- Ongoing assessments to track progress and identify changes to the program that need to occur
Performance Testing
- Our team can tailor testing and analysis to your needs.
Training Sessions
- We offer a range of training and exercise solution in both a one on one capacity and group training sessions
- Tailored program development for elite athletes
